Job Description:

We are seeking a high-performing and strategic Wealth Creation Manager to join our team in Abuja. In this role, you will be the primary driver of asset growth for our clients and revenue for the bank. You will act as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth and emerging affluent individuals, navigating complex financial markets to provide bespoke investment solutions.

The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the Nigerian financial landscape and the persuasive power to onboard elite clientele while maintaining the highest standards of professional integrity.

Requirements:

Client Acquisition & Portfolio Growth

• Targeted Onboarding: Proactively identify and onboard new clients, focusing on High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs) and the emerging affluent sector within the FCT.

• Product Promotion: Market and sell sophisticated wealth creation products, including fixed-income instruments and structured investment products.

• Investment Strategy: Deeply understand unique client goals and recommend suitable, data-backed investment strategies to aggressively grow their wealth.

Relationship & Portfolio Management

• Active Monitoring: Continuous oversight of client portfolios, proactively suggesting adjustments to maximize returns based on shifting market conditions.

• Trust-Based Partnerships: Build and maintain long-term relationships that ensure high client retention and drive a steady stream of high-quality referrals.

• Performance Reporting: Provide regular, transparent updates on portfolio performance and individual sales achievements to both clients and bank leadership.

Market Intelligence & Compliance

• Trend Analysis: Track financial markets, competitor offerings, and macroeconomic trends to identify "first-mover" opportunities for our clients.

• Regulatory Rigor: Ensure every transaction and advisory service adheres strictly to CBN guidelines, regulatory frameworks, and internal bank policies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CIS, CFA) are an added advantage.

• Experience:

  • Proven experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Investment Sales.

  • A track record of managing high-value portfolios and meeting ambitious sales targets.

• Core Competencies:

  • Investment Mastery: Solid knowledge of fixed-income, structured products, and Nigerian capital markets.

  • Persuasion & Sales: Exceptional ability to influence decision-makers and close high-value deals.

  • Analytical Rigor: Strong decision-making skills supported by financial data analysis.
