Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and intellectually elite Warehouse & Logistics Manager (Entry-Level) to anchor our inventory engine in Jabi, Abuja (FCT). In a fast-moving distribution environment, success is defined by "Stock Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize inventory records with the clinical precision required for order fulfillment and logistics coordination. This role is designed for an "Operational Architect" (Entry-Level) with an OND qualification who can blend "Logistical Grit" (supervising warehouse activities) with the "Technical Agility" required to use Excel for tracking stock movement and resolving discrepancies.

Requirements:

1. Inventory Orchestration & Record Governance

• Stock Sovereignty: Manage and update stock records with millimetric precision, ensuring every entry acts as a "Source of Reliability" for the business.

• Movement Architecture: Track all internal and external stock movements, identifying and resolving discrepancies to maintain a "Zero-Error" inventory baseline.

• Warehouse Stewardship: Support the supervision of daily warehouse activities, ensuring the physical "Source of Storage" is organized and efficient.

2. Fulfillment Resilience & Logistics Logic

• Delivery Sovereignty: Coordinate deliveries and logistics with clinical attention to detail, ensuring products move from the warehouse to the customer with "Zero-Friction."

• Order Architecture: Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment, acting as the primary "Source of Satisfaction" for the end-user.

• Logistical Synergy: Collaborate synchronously with team members to optimize distribution routes and shipping timelines in the Abuja (FCT) region.

3. Performance Intelligence & Digital Grit

• Data Sovereignty: Utilize Microsoft Excel and basic inventory systems to prepare reports, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for stock replenishment decisions.

• Quality Reconnaissance: Monitor the condition of stored goods, ensuring that the "Source of Product Quality" is maintained through proper storage techniques.

• Growth Mindset: Demonstrate a high-velocity "Willingness to Learn," quickly mastering industry-specific logistics tools and ergonomic office workflows.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Interested candidates should possess an OND qualification.

• Experience: 0–1 year of experience in warehouse or logistics (this is an Entry-level mandate).

• Technical Mastery: Basic knowledge of Inventory Systems & Microsoft Excel.

Core Competencies

• Organizational Grit: Strong attention to detail and an elite ability to organize physical spaces and digital data.

• Communication Power: Good verbal and written skills for coordinating with drivers, suppliers, and management.
