Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and intellectually elite Teller to anchor the frontline service engine of our Abuja operations. In a specialized financial landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the transaction and the precision of the record success is defined by "Fiscal Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize high-volume cash handling with the clinical precision required for Data Entry, Microsoft Excel Reporting, and Meticulous Documentation. This role is designed for an "Operational Architect" with an OND or NCE qualification who can blend "Numerical Grit" (handling physical currency) with the "Strategic Agility" required to utilize IT tools for error-free reporting.

 

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Fiscal Governance

  • Transaction Sovereignty: Execute cash deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Monetary Flow."

  • Data Architecture: Utilize strong IT and data-entry skills to update customer accounts and ledgers, providing the "Structural Foundation" for accurate financial reporting.

  • Integrity Stewardship: Maintain a zero-variance balance at the end of every business day, ensuring the "Source of Branch Accountability" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Digital Logic

  • Reporting Sovereignty: Leverage Microsoft Excel to track transaction trends and daily summaries, acting as the primary "Source of Operational Insights."

  • Service Architecture: Provide high-fidelity customer service to the local community, providing the "Functional Foundation" for brand loyalty and branch growth.

  • Velocity Logic: Utilize 1 year of financial experience to resolve transaction abnormalities in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Branch Throughput" in Abuja.

3. Operational Integrity & Compliance Power

  • Verification Sovereignty: Authenticate currency and customer identification with elite precision, acting as the primary "Source of Fraud Prevention."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile
