FactBase Consulting Limited - Our client is a reputable organisation based on Lagos Island specialising in the procurement, distribution and promotion of literary materials and serving a diverse retail and wholesale customer base across Nigeria and some neighbouring African countries

Job Description:

• Monitor branch operations to ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct internal control reviews and compliance audits and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
• Identify, investigate and report operational risks, control weaknesses and policy violations.
• Ensure effective implementation of internal controls to safeguard the Bank's assets and promote operational efficiency.
• Prepare periodic internal control and compliance reports and provide guidance to staff on risk management and control procedures.

Requirements:

• B.Sc./HND in Accounting, Banking and Finance, Economics or any other numerate discipline.
• Minimum of three years’ relevant experience in a MFBs/MFIs, Commercial banks or Finance houses.
• Partly qualified in ICAN or ACA will be an added advantage.
