Job Description:
We are looking for a strategic, analytical, and results-driven Supply Chain Manager to lead our end-to-end supply chain operations. As our brand continues to scale rapidly, we need a leader who can transform our logistics, procurement, and inventory processes into a competitive advantage.
In this role, you will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring that the right products are in the right place at the right time. If you are an expert at optimizing workflows, managing complex vendor relationships, and driving cost-efficiencies, we want you to help us build a world-class supply chain.
Requirements:
Strategic Operations & Planning
End-to-End Management: Oversee the entire supply chain lifecycle, including demand planning, procurement, warehousing, distribution, and logistics.
Network Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs, improve lead times, and optimize our distribution network across Nigeria.
Forecasting: Utilize data to predict demand and manage inventory levels effectively, preventing stockouts and minimizing overstock.
Procurement & Vendor Management
Strategic Sourcing: Identify, negotiate with, and manage relationships with key suppliers and logistics partners to ensure reliability, quality, and competitive pricing.
Compliance: Ensure all procurement and logistics activities comply with company policies, local regulations, and safety standards.
Leadership & Process Improvement
Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing supply chain team.
Technology Integration: Drive the use of ERP systems and data analytics to improve operational visibility, tracking, and reporting.
Problem Solving: Proactively identify bottlenecks in the supply chain and implement immediate, scalable solutions.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Advantage: Professional certifications such as APICS (CSCP/CPIM) or CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply) are highly preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or operations, with a proven track record of scaling operations.
Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo) and advanced Microsoft Excel.
Proven ability to analyze complex data sets to drive decision-making.

Strategic Thinking: Ability to plan for the long term while managing day-to-day operations.
Negotiation: Sharp negotiation skills to secure the best terms with vendors and logistics providers.
Resilience: Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage supply chain disruptions calmly.
