In this role, you will do more than just post updates; you will develop and execute comprehensive digital strategies that amplify our brand, engage our target audience, and convert followers into business leads. We are looking for a hybrid talent someone who combines a strategic marketing mindset with the technical ability to design high-quality graphics and craft compelling copy. Requirements:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement end-to-end social media strategies that align with our core business goals, from brand awareness to lead generation.

• Content Creation: Produce high-quality, relevant content—including copy, storytelling, and visual assets—for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and TikTok.

• Graphic Design: Design professional-grade flyers, banners, and promotional materials using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.

• Account Management: Manage all digital channels, ensuring consistent brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across every platform.

• Campaign Execution: Plan, schedule, and publish content calendars while managing targeted paid advertising campaigns to maximize reach and ROI.

• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor competitor activity and platform trends, analyze campaign performance, and provide management with actionable insights for continuous improvement.

• Audience Engagement: Cultivate our online community by engaging professionally and promptly with comments, messages, and inquiries.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: Proven professional experience as a Social Media Strategist, Social Media Manager, or Digital Marketer.
