Job Description:

We are seeking a high-performance Ads Manager to lead and scale our paid advertising efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of our digital advertising, from conceptualizing campaign strategies to optimizing budgets for maximum Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). We are looking for an expert who lives in the data, someone who can manage complex Meta and TikTok ad funnels, conduct precise audience segmentation, and collaborate with our creative team to produce high-converting ad assets. Requirements:

• Campaign Management: Execute and scale robust ad campaigns across Meta (Instagram/Facebook) and TikTok.

• Performance Optimization: Monitor campaign health in real-time, optimizing for conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and ROAS.

• Strategy & Targeting: Master the art of audience segmentation. Develop and manage advanced retargeting funnels to convert high-intent prospects.

• Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to provide data-backed insights on which ad formats, hooks, and aesthetics drive the best results.

• Data & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), generate actionable performance reports, and use those insights to scale winning campaigns.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience in digital advertising, with specific, proven experience running successful e-commerce ads.
