Job Description:

Are you a master of social media trends, Reels, and engaging storytelling? We are looking for a creative powerhouse to become the voice and vision behind our digital platforms in Minna. As our Content Creator, you won’t just be posting you’ll be the engine of our brand identity, conceptualizing, shooting, and editing high-impact content that bridges the gap between our manufacturing work and our social impact. If you can stop the scroll with your edits, craft compelling narratives through the lens, and translate our mission into viral-worthy stories, we want you to lead our digital presence.

Requirements:

• Video Mastery: Plan, script, shoot, and edit high-quality content ranging from punchy short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) to immersive, long-form documentary pieces that showcase our factory processes and community impact.

• Strategic Social Management: Co-manage our digital platforms. Stay at the cutting edge of viral trends, trending audio, and algorithmic shifts to keep our brand relevant and high-performing.

• Visual Design: Create professional, eye-catching graphics—including carousels, banners, and promotional assets—using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.

• Impact Storytelling: Step into the field to interview beneficiaries, community leaders, and factory staff. Turn these raw moments into emotionally resonant stories that explain the "why" behind Pad-Up Creations.

• Audience Building: Foster a vibrant online community by actively engaging with followers and managing the conversation around menstrual hygiene and sustainability.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: 1–3 years of active content creation experience for brands, agencies, or personal platforms. A strong portfolio of video/graphic work is mandatory.

• Technical Toolkit: High proficiency in video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, VN) and graphic design (Canva, Photoshop).

• Trend & Algorithmic Intuition: A deep understanding of what captures attention in the first three seconds and how to leverage social media algorithms for maximum reach.

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills.

• Confidence & Versatility: Comfortable operating both behind the camera as a producer/editor and occasionally stepping in front of the lens as a host/presenter when required.

• Location: Must reside in Minna, Niger State, or be fully committed to relocating.
