Job Description:
- We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and expand our market presence.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, mentoring the sales team, and achieving company revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and target achievement.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Manage and grow existing key accounts to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align strategies and improve customer experience.
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.
- Develop pricing strategies and sales forecasts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields (MBA is an advantage).
- Minimum of 5 - 8 years of proven experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of the Nigerian market landscape.
