Job Description:
- We are looking for an energetic and people-oriented Sales & Growth Associate to promote Odurinde eLearning courses to students, young professionals, and individuals looking to switch careers into tech.
- This is a paid role and a great opportunity for arecent graduate, undergraduate, or early-career professional who wants hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and the EdTech space.
- The ideal candidate is confident, outgoing, and passionate about education and technology.
- You’ll engage directly with potential learners, both online and offline, explaining how Odurinde eLearning can help them start or transition into a tech career.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote Odurinde eLearning courses to students, young professionals, and career switchers.
- Engage potential learners through face-to-face conversations, campus outreach, community events, and online platforms.
- Clearly explain course offerings, benefits, career outcomes, and learning paths.
- Support student onboarding and respond to basic enquiries.
- Assist with sales and marketing campaigns, events, and outreach initiatives.
- Collect feedback from prospects and learners to help improve our offerings.
Who This Role Is For:
- Acurrent undergraduate, recent graduate, or early-career professionallooking to build a career in sales, marketing, or EdTech.
- Someone comfortable approaching people and starting conversations.
- Individuals interested in tech careers or digital skills.
- People passionate about helping others change or improve their career paths.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in speaking to individuals and small groups.
- Willingness to engage people proactively and promote learning opportunities.
- Understanding of sales or marketing.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented.
Nice to Have (Not Required):
- Experience in sales, marketing, outreach, or promotions.
- Exposure to EdTech platforms or online learning environments.
- Personal experience switching careers or learning a tech skill.
