Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive, results-oriented Senior HR Officer to take full ownership of our human resources operations. Requirements:
Full-Cycle Talent Management: Oversee the entire employee journey, managing seamless recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes to ensure high-quality talent acquisition and retention.
HR Operations & Data Integrity: Maintain immaculate digital employee records and oversee HR systems to ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency.
Performance & Development: Lead performance management initiatives, coordinating appraisal cycles and staff development programs that foster a high-performance culture.
Compliance & Administration: Ensure 100% compliance with Nigerian labour laws and internal company regulations. Manage all benefits administration and documentation with meticulous detail.
Employee Relations: Act as a fair and objective partner in managing employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
Strategic HR Improvement: Champion initiatives that enhance employee engagement, operational efficiency, and overall business performance. Regularly review and update HR policies and procedures to align with organizational growth.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources or a related operational role.
Regulatory Mastery: Deep understanding of Nigerian labour laws, industry best practices, and HR systems.
Leadership Potential: Proven ability to manage HR operations independently and a readiness to grow into a senior leadership capacity.
Technical Literacy: Proficiency in HR software/HRIS and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, with a track record of handling sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of integrity.
