Requirements:

Talent & Performance Management

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding and seamless offboarding.

  • Performance Culture: Drive performance management cycles and lead employee development initiatives that nurture talent and align individual goals with business objectives.

HR Operations & Payroll

  • Data Management: Oversee accurate employee record-keeping and manage our HR systems to ensure data integrity.

  • Compensation & Benefits: Coordinate monthly payroll processing and benefits administration with high precision.

Policy, Compliance & Employee Relations

  • Legal Compliance: Ensure 100% compliance with Nigerian labor laws, statutory regulations, and internal company policies.

  • Strategy Implementation: Support the development and implementation of new HR policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Relations & Resolution: Act as a fair and objective advisor, handling employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes with integrity and professionalism.

Strategic Initiatives

  • Operational Excellence: Lead HR initiatives specifically designed to improve organizational efficiency, boost staff engagement, and positively impact overall business performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Human Resources or a closely related role.

  • Technical Knowledge:

    • Deep understanding of HR best practices, Nigerian labor laws, and statutory compliance.

    • Proven experience managing end-to-end payroll systems.

  • Proficiency: Advanced competency in HR software, HRIS, and the Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Core Competencies:

    • Leadership Potential: You are ready to grow into a senior leadership role and mentor others.

    • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills; you can communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
