Job Description:
- We are seeking a proactive, resourceful, and experienced HR Business Partner to support our people operations and business objectives.
- The ideal candidate will play a key role in talent management, employee relations, payroll administration, account management, and overall workforce effectiveness while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and best HR practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement processes.
- Oversee staff performance management, disciplinary procedures, and employee relations matters.
- Oversee the accurate and timely administration of payroll, ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
- Support financial record-keeping, account management, and HR-related reporting.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Monitor staff attendance, leave administration, and workforce planning activities.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Manage assigned client accounts, ensuring effective workforce administration, timely service delivery, and high levels of client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Human Resources, preferably as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or similar role (Post-NYSC).
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Experience managing payroll, employee records, and HR administration.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and account management.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management tools.
- CIPM certification or membership is an added advantage.
- Candidates residing within or close to Ikoyi and its environs are strongly encouraged to apply.
