Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and intellectually elite Sales and Billing / Front Desk Executive to anchor our operational engine in Victoria Island, Lagos. In a premium business environment, success is defined by "Service Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize high-fidelity customer engagement with the clinical precision required for billing, sales support, and administrative integrity. This role is designed for a "Front-End Architect" with 1–3 years of experience who can blend "Diplomatic Grit" (handling walk-in inquiries and VIP visitors) with the "Numerical Agility" required to manage POS transactions and maintain a "Source of Truth" for daily sales reconciliation.
Requirements:
1. Engagement Orchestration & Front-Desk Governance
Reception Sovereignty: Greet and attend to customers with professional poise, ensuring every first contact acts as a "Source of Brand Authority."
Inquiry Architecture: Handle incoming calls and emails with high-velocity focus, acting as the primary "Source of Resolution" for customer and visitor requests.
Environment Stewardship: Maintain a neat and organized front-desk area, ensuring the physical workspace remains a "Source of Professionalism."
2. Revenue Resilience & Billing Logic
Billing Sovereignty: Generate invoices, receipts, and billing documents with clinical precision, ensuring every entry is a "Source of Accuracy."
Payment Architecture: Process payments via cash, transfer, and POS with millimetric focus, maintaining the "Source of Integrity" for all sales transactions.
Reconciliation Power: Perform daily sales and billing reconciliations, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for financial reporting and audit readiness.
3. Sales Synergy & Administrative Power
Support Sovereignty: Assist walk-in customers with product inquiries and purchases, acting as a "Source of Persuasion" to achieve sales targets.
Documentation Logic: Prepare and follow up on quotations and customer requests with high-speed accuracy, ensuring "Zero-Friction" in the sales cycle.
Inventory Stewardship: Coordinate with the warehouse and store teams for inventory tracking, ensuring the "Source of Availability" aligns with customer demand.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience: 1–3 years of robust experience in sales, billing, or front-desk roles within a structured environment.
Technical Mastery: High-velocity proficiency in Microsoft Office and modern billing/POS software.
