Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Head of Administration to anchor the operational engine of a leading educational institution in Anambra State. In the specialized sector of high-fidelity education, success is defined by "Operational Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex academic scheduling and facility management with the clinical precision required for human resources, procurement, and regulatory compliance. This role is designed for an "Institutional Architect" with a BA/BSc/HND who can blend "Logistical Grit" (overseeing campus operations and security) with the "Strategic Agility" required to drive institutional excellence and support executive leadership.
Requirements:
1. Operational Orchestration & Facility Governance
Campus Sovereignty: Oversee the day-to-day administrative functions of the institution, ensuring every department acts as a "Source of Efficiency" for students and staff.
Maintenance Architecture: Coordinate facility management, including repairs, security, and utilities, maintaining the "Physical Sovereignty" of the campus environment.
Logistics Stewardship: Manage the procurement of institutional supplies and equipment with clinical focus, ensuring the "Source of Resource Availability" is never compromised.
2. Human Capital Resilience & Policy Logic
Staffing Sovereignty: Oversee human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management, acting as the primary "Source of Talent Alignment."
Policy Architecture: Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures with millimetric precision, providing the "Governance Foundation" for institutional excellence.
Compliance Power: Ensure unwavering adherence to educational regulations and statutory requirements, maintaining the "Source of Integrity" for the institution’s licenses and certifications.
3. Strategic Diplomacy & Financial Power
Budgetary Sovereignty: Support the management of administrative budgets and expenditure tracking, ensuring every naira acts as a "Source of Institutional Value."
Stakeholder Architecture: Liaise with parents, regulators, and external vendors with professional poise, acting as the primary "Source of Institutional Representation."
Data Logic: Maintain high-fidelity institutional records and administrative reports, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for the Governing Board’s decision-making.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Minimum of a BA/BSc/HND in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related discipline.
Experience: Proven experience in a senior administrative leadership role, preferably within the Educational Sector.
Location: Onsite in Anambra State (Eastern Region).
