We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- Play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency of our sales processes by managing and enhancing sales support and administrative functions.
- Supports a team responsible for handling sales orders, customer inquiries, and maintain accurate records. Your contributions will enable our sales team to focus on what they do best: selling.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and plans.
- Cultivate a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars and handling communications.
Requirements:
- B.Sc Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field (MBA Degree, an added advantage)
- Proven experience in Sales Administration or a similar role.
- Strong organizational, time-management skills and multi-tasking skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, and CRM software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership and team management experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Salary
