  • Financial Intelligence: Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and maintain up-to-date databases to support executive decision-making.

2. Supply Chain & Logistics Coordination

  • Import/Export Governance: Support the management of critical trade documentation, including Form M, PAAR, and SONCAP, to ensure regulatory compliance for medical equipment.

  • 3PL Liaison: Coordinate with Third-Party Logistics partners to ensure swift shipment clearance and accurate recording of Goods Received Notes (GRNs).

  • Stock Stewardship: Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly stock reports and oversee the execution of physical stock counts to ensure system-to-floor accuracy.

3. Administrative & Customer Excellence

  • Customer Interaction: Handle invoice submission and proactive follow-ups for key customers to maintain healthy accounts receivable.

  • Regional Logistics: Collate and transmit shipping documents for Export Markets, facilitating Roche’s broader African reach.

  • Records Management: Ensure all financial and supply chain records are meticulously filed and easily retrievable for compliance purposes.

Qualifications and Skills:

The Ideal Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Core Competencies

  • Analytical Mindset: The ability to spot discrepancies in stock reports or financial statements.

  • Operational Discipline: High attention to detail, especially when handling complex import/export documentation.

  • Communication: Strong written and verbal skills to effectively liaise with 3PL partners and internal teams.
