Functions & Responsibilities
- Identify / establish new customer relationships
- Review call plans of the team
- Identify market opportunities and potential Hubs
- Sell banks products and services to retail customers
- Oversee the process of identifying customer needs and proactively seek to provide products/ services to meet their anticipated needs
- Prepare management reports carry out market research on the retail business
- Training direct reports of banks products and services
- Set / define goals and targets and ensure they are achieved
- Identify and make market presentations to market clusters
- Monitor and evaluate performance of the Team Lead
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Group Head
Requirements:
- Excellent customer relationship development/management
- Advance selling skills
- Knowledge and understanding of Nigerian Retail market
- Basic Banking Operations (Domestic & International Operations)
- Products Knowledge
- Environmental / Industry analysis.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Requirements:
- First degree in any Business-related discipline
- A Masters and/or other professional qualification
Minimum Experience:
- 8 - 10 years relevant experience. At least 3 - 5 years in management position and marketing units
