Job Description:

We are looking for a vibrant, high-energy Front Desk & Digital Operations Officer to be the face and voice of our brand. This role is designed for a multi-talented professional who can seamlessly transition from providing a premium first-person guest experience to managing our digital community. You will be the "Director of First Impressions," ensuring that our physical office and our social media platforms project the same level of excellence and professionalism.

Requirements:

1. Front-of-House Excellence

  • Guest Diplomacy: Serve as the primary point of contact for all visitors, ensuring a warm, professional, and efficient welcome.

  • Aesthetic Maintenance: Ensure the reception and waiting areas are always "client-ready," reflecting the brand’s high standards of cleanliness and organization.

  • Communication Management: Handle all incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with superior interpersonal finesse and professional clarity.

2. Digital Brand & Social Media Management

  • Content Engagement: Act as a social media-savvy advocate, managing daily interactions and basic community engagement across our primary platforms.

  • Basic Marketing Support: Assist in drafting creative captions, identifying trending audio/topics, and supporting the marketing team with local digital outreach.

  • Brand Consistency: Ensure that the "vibe" of the physical office translates into the tone and visuals used on our digital channels.

3. Administrative & Office Coordination

  • Operational Flow: Manage office logistics, including mail distribution, scheduling meeting rooms, and coordinating with facility vendors.

  • Data Management: Maintain accurate visitor logs, digital files, and office inventory records with high attention to detail.

  • Support Services: Provide ad-hoc administrative support to management, ensuring smooth day-to-day internal operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

Profile & Personality

  • Presentation: Smart, presentable, and highly professional in both attire and demeanor.

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills; ability to communicate clearly under pressure.

  • Tech-Savvy: High proficiency in Social Media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X) and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
