Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and tech-savvy Secretary to anchor the administrative heartbeat of our organization. In a fast-paced commercial hub like Lagos, success is defined by "Operational Sovereignty"—the ability to harmonize complex scheduling and stakeholder diplomacy with the clinical precision required for report formatting, digital filing, and office management. This role is designed for an "Administrative Architect" with at least 2 years of experience who can blend "Clerical Grit" (handling correspondence and calls) with the "Technical Agility" required to master modern IT tools and MS Office suites.

Requirements:

1. Administrative Orchestration & Clerical Governance

  • Workflow Sovereignty: Manage day-to-day administrative tasks with millimetric precision, ensuring that "Zero-Delay" office operations support the broader organizational goals.

  • Correspondence Engineering: Handle phone calls, emails, and official correspondence as the primary "Source of Diplomacy," ensuring professional engagement with all internal and external stakeholders.

  • Scheduling Logic: Coordinate complex meeting schedules and executive calendars to ensure maximum time-efficiency for the management team.

2. Digital Sovereignty & Documentation Architecture

  • Technical Excellence: Utilize "Above-Average" IT skills—specifically MS Office and online communication tools—to prepare, format, and edit high-impact reports and presentations.

  • Information Stewardship: Maintain high-fidelity digital and physical filing systems, ensuring that sensitive data is organized, secure, and instantly retrievable.

  • Documentation Integrity: Assist management in the clinical preparation of records and official documents, ensuring they meet the organization's "Source of Quality" standards.

3. Operational Diplomacy & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Interface Management: Act as a reliable bridge between departments, coordinating activities to ensure a seamless "Exchange of Information" across the company.

  • Resource Optimization: Oversee general office operations and supply management to ensure the workplace environment remains conducive to high productivity.

  • Independent Agility: Demonstrate a "Professional Persona" by executing tasks with minimal supervision, taking full ownership of the administrative domain.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Minimum of a B.Sc. or HND in any relevant field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience in an administrative or secretarial role.

  • Gender Balance: We are specifically looking for a Female candidate to join our current team structure.

Technical & Regional Context

  • IT Sovereignty: Must demonstrate "Above-Average" proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email management, and modern online collaboration tools.

  • Location Preference: To optimize transportation and logistical efficiency, preference will be given to candidates residing in or near: Festac, Surulere, Ketu/Ikeja, Ebute-Metta/Oyingbo, or Lagos Island/Obalende.

Core Competencies

  • Communication Power: Strong written and oral abilities for high-stakes professional engagement.

  • Organizational Grit: A detail-oriented, reliable, and professional approach to multitasking.
