Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and academically sharp Graduate Trainee (Front Desk Officer) to anchor the operational heartbeat of our facility on Airport Road, Lugbe. In a modern corporate environment, success is defined by "First-Contact Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize high-fidelity visitor management with the creative precision required for social media engagement and administrative support. This role is designed for a "Professional Architect in Training" who can blend "Courteous Grit" (managing incoming calls and correspondence) with the "Digital Agility" required to drive the company’s online presence.
Requirements:
1. Corporate Diplomacy & Visitor Orchestration
Reception Sovereignty: Receive and attend to visitors with a millimetric focus on professionalism, ensuring every guest experiences the company as a "Source of Excellence."
Correspondence Governance: Manage the high-speed flow of incoming calls, emails, and official letters, ensuring "Zero-Delay" in the dissemination of information to the relevant departments.
Environment Stewardship: Maintain the front desk area as a high-fidelity representation of the brand’s organized and creative identity.
2. Digital Engagement & Content Architecture
Social Media Synergy: Support the company’s online presence by managing social media platforms and driving high-velocity audience engagement.
Creative Content Support: Assist in the production of basic digital assets—including posts, captions, and updates—to ensure the brand remains a "Source of Authority" in its sector.
Online Advocacy: Monitor digital interactions and respond to inquiries with the same "Courteous Grit" applied to physical visitors.
3. Administrative Integrity & Skill Evolution
Clerical Mastery: Provide high-quality administrative support, utilizing Microsoft Office applications to maintain accurate office records and coordinate daily activities.
Process Agility: Assist the management team in identifying "Friction Points" in office workflows and proposing creative solutions to improve overall efficiency.
Professional Growth: Actively participate in the graduate trainee program to transition from a fresh graduate to a "Corporate Communications Expert."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Fresh graduate possessing a B.Sc or HND in any discipline.
Location: Strict Requirement: Applicant must reside within Lugbe, Airport Road, or the immediate nearby environs in FCT Abuja.
