Your mandate is to bridge the gap between clinical protocols and the "front-of-house" patient journey. You will optimize workflows to reduce wait times, ensure the physical facility meets global safety standards, and lead our reputation management efforts—using patient feedback and digital reviews to drive continuous service improvement. If you are an analytical leader who can coach teams toward perfection and earn unwavering patient trust, we invite you to lead our quality agenda.
Requirements:

Workflow Optimization: Audit and re-engineer administrative processes to drastically reduce patient wait times and eliminate operational bottlenecks.
Facility Stewardship: Oversee the physical upkeep and safety of the hospital environment, ensuring a sterile, safe, and premium environment for patients and staff.
2. Reputation Management & Patient Advocacy
Digital Reputation Lead: Actively monitor patient satisfaction metrics and Google reviews, transforming raw feedback into actionable service-improvement strategies.
Patient Journey Mapping: Analyze the end-to-end patient experience to identify "pain points" and implement proactive solutions that drive patient loyalty.
Trust & Compliance: Ensure the facility maintains high-performing standards that satisfy regulatory bodies and enhance the hospital's public standing.
3. Data Analytics & Human Capital Development
Performance Intelligence: Utilize data analysis and reporting software to track progress, identify growth areas, and formulate strategies to increase facility productivity.
Coaching & Culture: Lead the "Quality Culture" by training, motivating, and correcting employees to ensure they embody the hospital's high standards of care.
Trend Analysis: Regularly review internal processes to ensure they align with current global healthcare trends and technological advancements.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Quality Assurance specifically within a healthcare or hospital setting.
