Job Description:

We are seeking a structurally elite and operationally rigorous Quality Assurance Officer to anchor the safety immune system and quality-standard engine of our Sango Ota production facility. In a specialized manufacturing landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the velocity of the production-line and the precision of the hygiene-filter success is defined by "Quality Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize complex blending recipes with the clinical precision required for HACCP-hazard architecture, raw-material inspection, and zero-defect output. This role is designed as an "Operational Guardian" a critical position for a detail-oriented professional who can blend "QA Grit" (mastering the complexities of machine-performance gaps and skilled-labor shortages) with the "Structural Agility" required to execute High-Fidelity Compliance Workflows.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Safety Governance

  • Sovereignty of the Line: Perform pre-line analysis and verify equipment readiness, acting as the primary "Source of Operational Throughput."

  • Hazard Architecture: Implement and oversee Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) principles, providing the "Structural Foundation" for product safety and regulatory compliance.

  • Integrity Stewardship: Monitor the dispensing of blending recipes, ensuring the "Source of Product Consistency" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Analytical Logic

  • Defect Sovereignty: Conduct detailed inspections of raw materials to finished goods, acting as the primary "Source of Early-Warning Detection."

  • Documentation Architecture: Document inspection findings and deviations with transparency, providing the "Functional Foundation" for corrective actions.

  • Regulatory Stewardship: Adhere strictly to safety/hygiene protocols during all inspections, maintaining the "Source of Operational Compliance."

3. Operational Integrity & Resilience Power

  • Adaptability Sovereignty: Navigate "Unstable Machine Performance" and "Limited Labor" scenarios with composure, acting as the primary "Source of Production Stability."

  • Process Architecture: Utilize Quality-Control Toolkits to juggle the pressure of "Target vs. Quality," providing the "Relational Foundation" for consistent high-performance results.

  • Velocity Logic: Utilize HACCP-framework expertise to accelerate the "Detection-to-Remediation" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Zero-Defect Momentum."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: OND qualification in a relevant discipline.

  • Experience: 1 – 4 years of hands-on work experience in a quality/manufacturing environment.

  • Technical Power: Deep understanding of HACCP principles, recipe blending processes, and quality inspection techniques.

  • Aptitude: Exceptional attention to detail, organizational discipline, and the ability to maintain standards while working in a resource-constrained, fast-paced environment.

  • Mindset: Resilient, observant, and capable of maintaining "Quality Sovereignty" even when machine stability or labor capacity is limited.
