Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Quality Assurance Officer to anchor the compliance engine of our Abeokuta operations. In a specialized food and agribusiness landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the inspection and the precision of the safety standard success is defined by "Quality Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize product specifications with the clinical precision required for GMP, HACCP, and Environmental Safety. This role is designed for a "Safety Architect", specifically a Food Science or Agribusiness graduate with at least 2 years of experience who can blend "Analytical Grit" (conducting inspections of raw materials and calibrating laboratory equipment) with the "Leadership Agility" required to train factory employees and supervise team performance.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Compliance Governance

• Systemic Sovereignty: Ensure 100% compliance with quality policies, work instructions, and statutory regulations, acting as the primary "Source of Procedural Integrity."

• Traceability Architecture: Maintain correct traceability of products and records, providing the "Structural Foundation" for rapid audit response and safety recalls.

• Integrity Stewardship: Report non-conformities and equipment malfunctions immediately to the QA manager, ensuring the "Source of Operational Safety" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Inspection Logic

• Material Sovereignty: Carry out rigorous inspections of raw materials, packaging, and factory inputs against specifications, acting as the primary "Source of Input Quality."

• Processing Architecture: Monitor fruit washing, peeling, cutting, and packing quality, providing the "Functional Foundation" for finished goods excellence.

• Calibration Stewardship: Ensure daily calibration and verification of all laboratory and factory measuring equipment, maintaining the "Source of Data Accuracy."

3. Operational Integrity & Leadership Power

• Supervisory Sovereignty: Appraise team performance and identify training needs, acting as the primary "Source of Workforce Competence."

• Safety Architecture: Continuously coach factory employees on Food Safety and GMPs, providing the "Relational Foundation" for a culture of quality.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize 2+ years of industry experience to support process improvements and housekeeping standards, maximizing the "Source of Factory Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor's Degree / HND or higher in Food Science, Agribusiness, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the food or agribusiness sector.

• Domain Mastery: Strong knowledge of GMPs, HACCP systems, and environmental safety standards.

• Technical Power: Proficiency in Microsoft Applications and the use of laboratory measuring equipment.
