Job Description:

Requirements:

Data Management & Analytics

• Collection & Integrity: Collect and manage health-related data from diverse IT systems, databases, and digital platforms, ensuring strict data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with health regulations.

• Analysis: Analyze complex datasets to identify emerging health trends, patterns, and potential risks.

• Statistical Modeling: Use advanced statistical tools and software to interpret data and provide deep-dive insights.

Insights & Communication

• Visualization: Develop clear, intuitive reports, dashboards, and visualizations that make complex data accessible to non-technical stakeholders.

• Client Support: Partner with healthcare clients to provide data-driven insights that inform their planning, policy-making, and operational strategies.

• Trend Monitoring: Keep a constant pulse on disease trends, healthcare usage, and system performance.

Collaboration & Systems Improvement

• Cross-Functional Work: Collaborate closely with IT teams to troubleshoot and improve data systems, reporting tools, and workflow efficiencies.

• Strategy: Contribute to the development of better health data infrastructure.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.

• Technical Mastery: * Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, or R).

  • Familiarity with healthcare databases or IT systems management.

• Knowledge Base: A solid understanding of public health concepts, epidemiology, and health data terminology.

• Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
