Are you a high-caliber analyst with a passion for scaling fintech solutions? We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to drive the growth of our payment products. This is a strategic role designed for a professional who can blend advanced mathematical modeling with business acumen to enhance user acquisition, retention, and product engagement.
As a bridge between Technology, Business, and Product, you will ensure our payment solutions not only meet market demands but scale efficiently. This is a high-impact position ideal for someone coming from Tier 1 consulting, investment banking, or a high-growth tech environment.
Requirements:
Strategic Product Analytics
Growth Driving: Develop and execute data-driven strategies to enhance user acquisition and long-term product retention.
Problem Discovery: Collaborate with Product, Development, and Engineering teams to identify growth opportunities and monitor Product KPIs.
End-to-End Ownership: Own the analytics lifecycle—from initial opportunity sizing and data requirements to A/B testing and post-launch impact analysis.
Advanced Modeling & Insights
Statistical Rigor: Apply advanced techniques including Clustering, Supervised Learning, and Multivariate testing to solve complex business problems.
Actionable Intelligence: Translate intricate product questions into clear, actionable insights for the Sales and Marketing teams.
Visualization: Develop and maintain scalable, self-service dashboards using Looker, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
Stakeholder Leadership
Cross-Functional Link: Act as the strategic liaison between technical and business stakeholders to align product development with commercial objectives.
Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to a learning-focused environment by sharing technical insights and mentoring junior team members.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: 3–4 years of professional experience in a quantitative role (excluding internships) within top-tier consulting, banking, or tech firms.
Technical Mastery:
SQL: Expert-level skills (will be rigorously tested).
Programming: Proficiency in Python (Pandas, SciPy, Jupyter/iPython).
Experimentation: Demonstrated experience in designing and analyzing digital product experiments (A/B Testing).
Analytical Breadth: Solid grasp of statistical modeling and its application in "shaping" a product's roadmap.
Soft Skills: Excellent spoken and written English; ability to present complex data to non-technical executive leadership.
