Job Description:

Are you passionate about the intersection of advanced technology and geospatial intelligence? We are looking for an analytical mind to join our team as a Data Analyst. In this role, you will be the bridge between raw, high-altitude data captured by drones and satellite imagery and the actionable insights that power industries like agriculture, oil & gas, telecom, and infrastructure development.

You won’t just be crunching numbers; you will be interpreting the landscape, helping our clients see their operations in high definition.

Requirements:

Data Management & Processing

• Collection & Cleaning: Gather and process large datasets from drone surveys, satellite imagery, and field operations to ensure data integrity.

• Database Maintenance: Manage and maintain robust spatial and non-spatial databases that serve as the backbone of our operations.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all data collected is accurate, consistent, and audit-ready.

Analysis & Visualization

• Geospatial Intelligence: Analyze complex geospatial and business data to identify trends, patterns, and risks.

• Actionable Insights: Transform raw aerial imagery and mapping data into clear, data-driven recommendations for our clients.

• Storytelling: Create professional dashboards, charts, maps, and reports using tools like Power BI or Tableau to make complex data easy to understand for stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Team Integration: Partner with our GIS Analysts, Drone Operators, and field teams to integrate spatial data into comprehensive business intelligence solutions.

• Strategic Support: Assist in data-driven decision-making processes for land management, infrastructure mapping, environmental monitoring, and telecommunications planning.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Geography, or a related field.

• Technical Mastery: * Strong proficiency in data analysis tools, specifically SQL, Python, or R.

  • Ability to handle and interpret large-scale datasets.

• GIS Expertise: Working knowledge of GIS software like ArcGIS or QGIS is an advantage.

• Visualization Skills: Experience with Power BI or Tableau to build intuitive dashboards.

• Analytical Mindset: Exceptional problem-solving skills; you have a sharp eye for detail and can spot trends in complex data environments.

• Domain Awareness: An understanding of geospatial data and remote sensing concepts is highly preferred.
