Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Data Analyst to anchor the intelligence engine of our Lagos-based renewable energy operations. In a specialized green-energy landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the insight and the precision of the forecast success is defined by "Data Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize large, multi-source datasets with the clinical precision required for Operational Efficiency, Strategic Planning, and KPI Monitoring. This role is designed for an "Analytical Architect" with a Bachelor’s Degree and 2–4 years of experience who can blend "Technical Grit" (cleaning and manipulating data via SQL) with the "Strategic Agility" required to automate reporting and support high-stakes budgeting initiatives.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Intelligence Governance

• Dataset Sovereignty: Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Clean Intelligence."

• Visual Architecture: Develop and maintain high-fidelity dashboards and reports in Power BI or Tableau, providing the "Structural Foundation" for internal stakeholder visibility.

• Integrity Stewardship: Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all company systems, ensuring the "Source of Truth" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Processing Logic

• Extraction Sovereignty: Utilize SQL for complex data extraction and manipulation, acting as the primary "Source of Raw Data Mastery."

• Automation Architecture: Engineer automated data collection and reporting processes, providing the "Functional Foundation" for real-time operational transparency.

• Forecasting Stewardship: Support budgeting and performance analysis initiatives through advanced modeling, maintaining the "Source of Predictive Intelligence."

3. Operational Integrity & Collaborative Power

• Insight Sovereignty: Interpret complex data patterns to provide actionable insights, acting as the primary "Source of Strategic Decision-Support."

• Cross-Functional Architecture: Collaborate with diverse teams to translate business objectives into data needs, providing the "Relational Foundation" for unified company growth.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize 2–4 years of analytical expertise and basic Python/R knowledge to resolve reporting bottlenecks in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Informational Throughput" in Lagos.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Computer Science.

• Experience: 2 – 4 years in a data analysis or similar high-impact role.

• Technical Power: Proficiency in SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and elite Microsoft Excel skills.

• Advantage: Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R.
