Job Description:

We are seeking a technically elite and operationally rigorous Project Engineer to anchor the design-to-execution engine of our Port Harcourt-based projects. In a high-stakes engineering landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the velocity of the site-deployment and the precision of the technical-filter success is defined by "Technical Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize complex CAD designs with the clinical precision required for Project Bid Architecture, NDT/ROV Operational Readiness, and Site-Survey Fidelity. This role is designed as an "Engineering Launchpad" a critical mission for an expert engineer who can blend "Site Grit" (mastering the complexities of gas testing and equipment spotting) with the "Structural Agility" required to execute High-Fidelity Project Schedules.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Technical Governance

• Sovereignty of the Bid: Prepare technical proposals and feasibility studies, acting as the primary "Source of Commercial/Technical Throughput."

• Design Architecture: Perform engineering calculations and design schemes using CAD, providing the "Structural Foundation" for project viability.

• Integrity Stewardship: Review Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) and safety policies with the QAQC Manager, ensuring the "Source of Regulatory Compliance" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Field Logic

• Site Sovereignty: Conduct pre-project surveys and parameter checks (gas testing/NDT), acting as the primary "Source of Field-Operational Readiness."

• Logistical Architecture: Manage personnel, equipment, and procurement plans to ensure schedule adherence, providing the "Functional Foundation" for successful implementation.

• Execution Stewardship: Coordinate site activities and maintain stakeholder communications, maintaining the "Source of Project Continuity."

3. Operational Integrity & Performance Power

• Documentation Sovereignty: Submit high-fidelity project reports and site-layout drawings, acting as the primary "Source of Project Intelligence."

• Process Architecture: Utilize Project-Engineering Toolkits to spot equipment on-site and eliminate anticipated delivery challenges, providing the "Relational Foundation" for repeatable success.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize Robotic/Inspection (ROV/NDT) expertise to accelerate the "Deployment-to-Completion" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Industrial Momentum."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Petroleum, Marine); postgraduate qualification is a high-value asset.

• Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience in site operations, project execution, or engineering support.

• Technical Power: Mastery of CAD software; proven experience with site surveys, feasibility studies, and industrial project execution.

• Specialization: Strong exposure to robotic operations (ROVs), NDT tools, and inspection equipment is a competitive advantage.

• Aptitude: Exceptional organizational skills, the ability to work in high-pressure Port Harcourt industrial environments, and the capacity to coordinate multi-disciplinary stakeholders.

• Mindset: Proactive, analytical, and ready to maintain "Technical Sovereignty" across complex, large-scale projects.
