Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Project Manager to anchor the innovation and commercialization engine of our food and beverage operations. In a specialized FMCG landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the formulation and the precision of the regulatory approval success is defined by "Product Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize technical development with the clinical precision required for Concept-to-Launch Lifecycle Management, Regulatory Navigation (NAFDAC/SON), and Manufacturing Scale-Up. This role is designed for a "Product Architect" specifically a professional with 4 to 6 years of experience who can blend "Technical Grit" (mastery of beverage formulations and HACCP/ISO standards) with the "Commercial Agility" required to execute Go-To-Market Strategies and Client Engagements.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Lifecycle Governance

• Sovereignty of the Concept: Lead end-to-end beverage development from concept to launch with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Product Innovation."

• Delivery Architecture: Define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation, providing the "Structural Foundation" for on-time and on-budget commercial delivery.

• Integrity Stewardship: Coordinate cross-functional teams (R&D, Production, Regulatory, Marketing), ensuring the "Source of Project Synergy" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Technical Logic

• Formulation Sovereignty: Oversee the development of juices, carbonated drinks, and functional beverages, acting as the primary "Source of Quality and Consistency."

• Scale-Up Architecture: Coordinate the transition from pilot production to full-scale manufacturing, providing the "Functional Foundation" for production readiness and SOP development.

• Compliance Stewardship: Ensure adherence to NAFDAC, SON, and Codex Alimentarius standards, maintaining the "Source of Regulatory Safety."

3. Operational Integrity & Commercial Power

• Client Sovereignty: Lead client engagements and translate technical outputs into commercial recommendations, acting as the primary "Source of Strategic Value."

• GTM Architecture: Support product positioning and validate regulatory-compliant claims, providing the "Relational Foundation" for successful market launch.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize 4–6 years of specialized FMCG/Consulting expertise to accelerate the "Concept-to-Market" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Innovation Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience: 4 – 6 years in beverage product development, manufacturing, or project management.

• Technical Power: Strong understanding of Beverage Formulations, Processing, and Scale-up.

• Regulatory Knowledge: Proven experience with NAFDAC, HACCP, GMP, and ISO 22000.

• Sector Intelligence: Experience in FMCG or Beverage Consulting is highly preferred.
