Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Project Manager to anchor the execution engine of our energy solutions at Siemens Energy. In a specialized industrial landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the deployment and the precision of the technical solution success is defined by "Systemic Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize high-tier professional collaboration with the clinical precision required for Resource Coordination, Risk Mitigation, and Flawless Execution. This role is designed for a "Project Architect" specifically a certified professional (PMP or Prince2) with 3 to 5 years of experience who can blend "Technical Grit" (mastery of mechanics and rotating machinery like turbines and compressors) with the "Strategic Agility" required to navigate Tax Regulations, Export Controls, and EHS Standards.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Execution Governance
Sovereignty of the Plan: Coordinate internal and external resources for seamless execution with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Project Synergy."
Consultation Architecture: Clarify and consult with customers on targets and requirements, providing the "Structural Foundation" for technical solution delivery.
Integrity Stewardship: Ensure adherence to PM standards and Business Conduct Guidelines (Tax, Export Control, EHS), ensuring the "Source of Institutional Compliance" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Fiscal Logic
Milestone Sovereignty: Monitor and anchor adherence to budgets and schedules, acting as the primary "Source of Financial Stewardship."
Cost Architecture: Initiate actions to minimize non-conformance costs, providing the "Functional Foundation" for optimized project ROI.
Risk Stewardship: Perform ongoing risk management to identify and mitigate bottlenecks, maintaining the "Source of Operational Readiness."
3. Operational Integrity & Relationship Power
Stakeholder Sovereignty: Manage relationships with customers and all internal/external project stakeholders, acting as the primary "Source of Relational Clarity."
Documentation Architecture: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, providing the "Relational Foundation" for project transparency and auditability.
Velocity Logic: Utilize 3–5 years of specialized energy-sector expertise to accelerate the "Initiate-to-Close" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Technological Throughput."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Certification: PMP or Prince2 certification is a mandatory requirement.
Experience: 3 – 5 years of proven Project Management experience.
Technical Power: Knowledge of Mechanics and Rotating Machinery (Gas/Steam Turbines, Compressors) is a significant advantage.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for high-level stakeholder engagement.
