Job Description:
Program Design & Implementation
Project Lifecycle Management: Lead the design, coordination, and execution of high-impact youth development projects.
Operational Planning: Develop detailed program plans, work breakdown structures, and realistic budgets aligned with organizational goals.
Service Delivery: Oversee day-to-day activities to ensure program interventions are delivered effectively, ethically, and on schedule.
Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL)
Performance Tracking: Monitor field activities continuously to ensure alignment with project milestones and quality standards.
Impact Assessment: Track program outcomes and support the design of impact evaluation tools to measure the long-term success of youth interventions.
Data Integrity: Maintain meticulous program documentation, participant records, and success stories for institutional memory.
Stakeholder & Partner Coordination
Relationship Management: Act as a key liaison between partners, government stakeholders, field teams, and the youth community to ensure inclusive program delivery.
Compliance Oversight: Ensure all activities strictly adhere to both internal organizational policies and external donor requirements.
Reporting: Prepare high-quality, data-backed progress reports for management and donors on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Strategy & Improvement
Risk Mitigation: Identify implementation bottlenecks and recommend proactive solutions to improve program delivery.
Needs Assessment: Stay informed on emerging youth trends to contribute to the continuous improvement of the organization’s strategy.

Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Development Studies, Social Sciences, Project Management, Public Health, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in program coordination or project management within the NGO/Non-profit sector.
Skills: * Exceptional organizational and reporting abilities.
Proven experience in budget management and donor reporting.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools.
