Requirements:

• Design & Construction: Develop original male clothing designs from initial concepts to the finished product.

• Pattern & Sketching: Create detailed production sketches and master the art of pattern making and garment construction.

• Quality Assurance: Oversee fittings, implement precise adjustments, and ensure every garment meets our high-quality standards.

• Trend Awareness: Conduct regular market research on colors, fabrics, and evolving fashion techniques to ensure our offerings remain cutting-edge.

• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all garments are completed and delivered on time.

• Client Relations: Provide exceptional service when interacting with clients, interpreting their needs, and translating them into reality.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: HND, B.Sc., or a relevant Technical Diploma/Qualification.

• Experience: Minimum of 1–10 years of professional experience in tailoring.

• Technical Skills: Proficient hand-sketching skills and a deep understanding of fabric behavior and construction techniques.

• Core Competencies:

  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
