Requirements:

• Project Execution: Partner with our design team to thoroughly comprehend project specifications, ensuring every detail is captured in the final output.

• Machine Operations: Expertly set up, operate, and maintain industrial embroidery machines to produce premium embroidered items.

• Production Excellence: Adhere to strict production schedules, ensuring all orders are completed accurately and delivered on time.

• Quality Assurance: Continuously evaluate machine performance and output quality, making real-time adjustments to maintain consistency.

• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine machine maintenance and diagnostics to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.

• Safety & Environment: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in full compliance with safety protocols.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: HND, B.Sc., or a relevant Technical Diploma/Qualification.

• Technical Skills: * Proven proficiency in operating embroidery machines (e.g., Tajima, Brother).

  • Demonstrated experience with embroidery design software (e.g., Wilcom, Hatch).

  • Ability to read and interpret complex design files and technical specifications.

• Core Competencies:

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently.

  • Sharp eye for color theory, fabric characteristics, and fine detail.

  • Excellent organizational skills and adaptability to shifting production priorities.

• Experience: While we welcome technical graduates, previous experience in embroidery or textile production is highly preferred.
