Job Description:

If you’re ready to take on a role where no two days are the same, from onboarding agents to tracking stock and supporting customers, then the Operations Officer Role at Plus Credit Systems is for you.
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Salary- 100,000 Net
Key Responsibilities
• Set up and onboard new Watu agents, including profile creation and training
• Maintain weekly agent tracking sheets (covering sales, stock, and performance)
• Act as first-level support for agent issues, escalating when necessary
• Follow up with teams to resolve delays, approvals, or escalations
• Onboard customers and guide them through seamless product adoption
• Educate and support the PlusCredit affiliate network as needed
• Collect customer feedback and relay to internal teams for improvements or issue resolution
• Identify cross-sell or upsell opportunities and coordinate with the sales team
• Stock Management
• Generate weekly reports covering agent sales, stock movements, customer activity, and commissions
• Ensure customer KYC is complete and all required apps are installed
• Keep clean and auditable logs for reporting and operational transparency.
Requirements:
• 1–2 years’ relevant experience in operations, field support, agent/customer management, or stock/asset tracking.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Previous experience as an operations officer in a WATU partner company is an advantage
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented and a collaborative team player.
- Problem-solving mindset
- High level of integrity and accountability
