The company specializes in the export of solid minerals and agricultural products, sourcing the finest raw materials from local markets to meet international demand. Neveah has now expanded into manufacturing, focusing on the recycling of aluminum and copper to produce ingots for export, further strengthening its global footprint.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• Oversee Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), end-to-end warehouse operations, and ensure timely material flows.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead S&OP cycles; align demand forecasts with production capacity.
• Manage receiving, put‑away, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
• Ensure accurate scrap analysis per lot and timely reporting.
• Optimize dock‑to‑stock turnaround time and storage utilization.
• Drive continuous improvement in warehouse layout and workflows.

SMART KPIs

• Receiving Accuracy: ≥99.5% accuracy rate monthly.
• Dock-to-Stock TAT: Average ≤4 hours for all inbound shipments.
• Scrap Reporting: 100% lot scrap analysis reports delivered within 24 hours post-production.
• Warehouse Utilization: Achieve ≥85% space utilization without congestion.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 6+ years’ experience, including 3 in manufacturing S&OP and warehouse.

Skills & Competencies:

• Expertise in S&OP and WMS/ERP systems.
• Leadership and cross‑functional collaboration.
