Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and firm-minded Operations Lead Officer to anchor our facility in the Idimu-Ikotun axis of Lagos. In a high-demand service environment, success is defined by "Process Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize daily operational flow with the rigorous leadership required to manage a diverse team. This role is designed for a "Command Architect" with 2–5 years of experience who can blend "Disciplinary Grit" with the "Analytical Agility" required to improve response times and customer retention.

Requirements:

1. Team Orchestration & Disciplinary Governance

  • Leadership Sovereignty: Supervise and mentor a team of 3–10 staff, ensuring every team member operates at peak productivity and professional conduct.

  • Accountability Engineering: Enforce strict discipline and operational standards, serving as the primary authority for performance reviews and staff guidance.

  • Conflict Resolution: Handle internal and external escalations with confident diplomacy, ensuring rapid resolution without disrupting the service flow.

2. Service Experience & Growth Architecture

  • Response Velocity: Monitor customer service staff to significantly improve response times and ensure a seamless client experience.

  • Retention Logic: Implement strategies to enhance customer retention through high-fidelity service delivery and proactive problem-solving.

  • Structural Evolution: Identify operational bottlenecks and propose structural improvements to support the company’s long-term growth and efficiency.

3. Daily Execution & Field Resilience

  • Operations Oversight: Manage the "Source of Truth" for daily facility activities, ensuring all logistics and service tasks are completed with zero-error tolerance.

  • External Agility: Maintain the readiness to handle field-based challenges or external operational hurdles as they arise in the Lagos environment.

  • Data Stewardship: Track operational performance indicators and report progress directly to management to inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Experience: 2–5 years of robust work experience, ideally in logistics, retail, or a service-based business.

  • Leadership: Proven track record of supervising a team (3–10 staff) with a firm and result-oriented approach.

  • Location: Must reside within the Idimu-Ikotun axis of Lagos State to ensure operational responsiveness.
