Job Description:
We are seeking a high-caliber and results-oriented Operations Manager to anchor our regional activities in Ibadan. In the fast-paced fintech and financial services landscape, success is defined by "Operational Fluidity", the ability to harmonize complex back-end processes with aggressive front-end sales targets. This role is designed for an "Operational Architect" with at least 3 years of experience who can blend "Revenue Drive" with the "Systematic Rigor" required to manage multiple Business Development teams.
Your mission is to ensure "Absolute Productivity and Regional Market Sovereignty." You will be the primary engine of the region: responsible for de-risking operational workflows, ensuring sales teams meet their high-velocity targets, and maintaining 100% compliance with company governance. If you possess "Strong Problem-Solving Grit," a mastery of Microsoft Tools, and the "Leadership Agility" to drive a performance-heavy team, we want you to drive our operational sovereignty.
Requirements:
1. Revenue Acceleration & Sales Governance
Growth Architecture: Drive regional sales growth by ensuring revenue targets are not just met, but consistently exceeded through optimized workflows.
Team Alignment: Ensure all Business Development (BD) teams are perfectly synchronized with company goals, maintaining high productivity standards and performance benchmarks.
Support Coordination: Act as the central nervous system for sales support, ensuring field teams have the operational resources needed to close deals with high velocity.
2. Operational Excellence & Process Integrity
Workflow Optimization: Oversee daily operational activities to ensure "Zero-Friction" efficiency and total compliance with internal company policies.
Performance Intelligence: Monitor regional operational KPIs and implement rapid-response improvements where gaps or inefficiencies are identified.
Collaboration Logic: Work closely with regional and sales leadership to co-author strategies that achieve aggressive business targets.
3. Risk Mitigation & Corrective Action
Risk Identification: Proactively identify operational bottlenecks or compliance risks before they impact regional performance.
Strategic Correction: Implement high-fidelity corrective actions and process adjustments to stabilize and scale operations.
Data Stewardship: Utilize Microsoft tools to maintain accurate operational reporting and provide management with actionable regional insights.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of robust experience in operations management, preferably within Fintech, Financial Services, or high-volume Sales organizations.
Technical Savvy: High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel for data tracking and PowerPoint for performance reviews).
