Job Description:
Outlet Oversight: Oversee daily operations across multiple pharmacy branches to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering accountability, continuous learning, and collaboration.
Operational Excellence: Streamline and improve SOPs to enhance service efficiency, minimize downtime, and boost overall outlet performance.
Inventory & Stock Control: Coordinate with procurement for timely restocking, monitor inventory levels, and minimize waste while ensuring product availability.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail operations, preferably within pharmacy or healthcare retail.
Proven track record in managing multiple branches and cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated success in optimizing operations and boosting team productivity.
Strong leadership, planning, and organizational capabilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail management software.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
