Job Description:

• Outlet Oversight: Oversee daily operations across multiple pharmacy branches to ensure consistent, high-quality service.

• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering accountability, continuous learning, and collaboration.

• Operational Excellence: Streamline and improve SOPs to enhance service efficiency, minimize downtime, and boost overall outlet performance.

• Inventory & Stock Control: Coordinate with procurement for timely restocking, monitor inventory levels, and minimize waste while ensuring product availability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail operations, preferably within pharmacy or healthcare retail.

• Proven track record in managing multiple branches and cross-functional teams.

• Demonstrated success in optimizing operations and boosting team productivity.

• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational capabilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail management software.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
