Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Talent & Workforce Operations Lead to anchor the deployment engine of our field operations. In a specialized distributed landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the hiring pipeline and the precision of regional coverage success is defined by "Human Capital Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize business targets with the clinical precision required for Workforce Planning, Recruitment Pipeline Management, and Field Performance Tracking. This role is designed for a "Deployment Architect", specifically a professional with 1–3 years of experience in Talent or Business Operations who can blend "Analytical Grit" (translating data into actionable insights using Excel and dashboards) with the "Strategic Agility" required to optimize sourcing channels and incentive structures.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Deployment Governance
Deployment Sovereignty: Translate business targets into millimetric workforce requirements by role and location, acting as the primary "Source of Regional Coverage."
Governance Architecture: Ensure 100% consistency in onboarding and deployment processes, providing the "Structural Foundation" for operational standards in the field.
Integrity Stewardship: Monitor workforce distribution and identify inefficiencies, ensuring the "Source of Resource Allocation" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Pipeline Logic
Pipeline Sovereignty: Track and manage the end-to-end recruitment funnel from sourcing to activation, acting as the primary "Source of Talent Inflow."
Optimization Architecture: Partner with HR to reduce time-to-hire and develop role-specific benchmarks, providing the "Functional Foundation" for hiring efficiency.
Sourcing Stewardship: Evaluate the performance of agents, referrals, and HR channels, maintaining the "Source of High-Quality Candidate Flow."
3. Operational Integrity & Performance Power
Insights Sovereignty: Monitor field performance metrics such as productivity and collections, acting as the primary "Source of Actionable Data."
Capability Architecture: Identify capability gaps and support training or incentive improvements, providing the "Relational Foundation" for team accountability.
Velocity Logic: Utilize 1–3 years of operations experience to accelerate the "Hiring-to-Productivity" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Organizational Throughput."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR, Operations, or a related field.
Experience: 1 – 3 years in Talent Operations, HR Operations, or Business Operations.
Distributed Expertise: Proven experience working with field or geographically dispersed teams.
Technical Power: Strong analytical skills with mastery of Excel, dashboards, and reporting tools.
