Job Description:

We are seeking a warm, professional, and results-oriented Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary voice of our company. You will be responsible for building trust with our customers by providing accurate product information, resolving complaints with empathy, and ensuring every interaction is smooth and efficient. This is an ideal role for an individual who is passionate about people, excels at problem-solving, and wants to grow within a supportive, customer-centric team. Requirements:

  • Customer Engagement: Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints. Respond to all requests promptly and with a high degree of professionalism.

  • Product Expertise: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate, helpful information to every customer.

  • Transactional Support: Efficiently process customer orders, requests, and transactions to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Issue Resolution: Take ownership of customer challenges. Resolve routine issues independently and escalate complex matters to the appropriate department while ensuring the customer is kept informed.

  • Record Keeping: Meticulously log all customer interactions, ensuring records are accurate and follow-ups are conducted in a timely manner.

  • Team Collaboration: Partner with sales and operations teams to share customer feedback and ensure a cohesive approach to service excellence.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written interpersonal skills.

  • Problem-Solving: A proactive mindset with the ability to remain calm and helpful under pressure.

  • Organization: Strong time-management skills; capable of juggling multiple customer inquiries while maintaining accuracy.
