Job Description:
Product Innovation & Market Development:
- Identify market gaps and create commercially viable Innovation products tailored to Nigerian consumer and advertiser behavior.
- Develop product prototypes, value propositions, and launch strategies for new advertising solutions.
- Collaborate with Operations and Creative teams to ensure feasibility, cost efficiency, and timely deployment.
Sales Growth & Client Engagement:
- Lead sales penetration of all new products across agencies, FMCGs, telecoms, financial institutions, government, and emerging sectors.
- Develop tailored solutions for key accounts based on industry trends and client briefs.
- Deliver compelling pitches and proposals that enhance client reach and campaign effectiveness.
Market Insights & Competitive Intelligence:
- Monitor trends in OOH, digital screens, transit advertising, experiential activations, and tech-enabled innovations.
- Conduct competitor scans and provide monthly insight reports to management.
- Recommend pricing models and product bundles based on local market realities.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Work with Finance on financial modeling for new products.
- Support Marketing in developing product launch materials and GTM campaigns.
- Train sales team members on new product features, benefits, and selling points.
Requirements:
- Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s Degree with 5 - 7 years experience.
