Marketing Team Lead

Requirements:

• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Team Lead with a strong background in the real estate brokerage industry to lead our marketing team.
• This role requires strategic thinking, creative leadership, and hands-on execution to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in real estate marketing (brokerage experience is a must).
• Proven track record in managing marketing teams and running successful real estate campaigns.
• Strong understanding of property marketing, buyer/seller journeys, and real estate CRM tools.
• knowledge on property document creation.
