Job Description:

As a Marketing and Sales Personnel, you will be responsible for driving sales, increasing brand awareness, building customer relationships, and generating revenue for the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Bluenix paints and coatings to retail customers, construction companies, and project sites
• Identify new market opportunities and generate leads
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and clients
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Represent the company at promotional events, exhibitions, and client meetings
• Provide excellent after-sales service and support
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum of OND / HND / BSc Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
• At least 1 year of experience in sales or marketing (paint/industrial product sales is an advantage)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Energetic, persuasive, and result-oriented
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Must be based in Abuja or willing to relocate to Dei-Dei, Abuja.
