Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Partnership & Target Delivery

  • Partner with and enable line leader(s) to deliver SQCDSM targets: Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability, and Morale.

  • Ensure process stability and participate in Daily Management Systems (DMS) meetings at the shift and line level.

• Technology & Process Ownership

  • Own the technology, process, and centerline settings for equipment and processes, with deep technical mastery.

  • Own Progressive Maintenance (PM) systems, work processes, and KPIs for the line(s).

  • Manage Centerline Management Systems and the Repairs & Maintenance (R&M) budget for the line.

• Maintenance Planning & Capability Building

  • Develop, own, and execute preventive and time-based maintenance systems and plans for the line(s).

  • Spend at least 50% of time building technical and maintenance skills of technicians to enable self-sufficient operation and maintenance.

  • Be part of the PM Pillar, owning all PM systems and processes at the line level and leading some at the department level.

• Reliability & System Improvement

  • Partner with the Asset & Reliability team for system improvement and special maintenance task execution.

  • Handle Change Management on the line(s), localization of spares, breakdown analysis, and R&M cost reduction.

  • Represent the department/line(s) as the site technology owner in regional and global technology forums.

• Project Support & Benchmarking

  • Assist in Vertical Start-Up (VSU) for new initiatives and enable the VSU team.

  • Support internal and external benchmarking and reapplication efforts with the line leader.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for one component category and act as a plant trainer for PM-related subjects.

Requirements:

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in:

• Advanced knowledge (including AM-Autonomous Maintenance Step 4 systems & Progressive Maintenance Step 3) & skill to maintain the dedicated equipment(s)at basic conditions independently, including the execution of AM & PM (BD-Breakdown maintenance, planned maintenance) standards on dedicated equipment(s) and TPM - Phase 3 & 4 tools problem solving tools.
• The capability to lead a Role for the Line. Qualify and coach the next level SWP owners and drive the common opportunity areas across the line in PDCA-Plan Do Check Adjust approach
• The capability to work as the Line Leader, developing and aligning goal/master plan for the line, deploying and managing IDP for the members, coaching team members on their performance management and career development
