Job Description:
We are seeking an energetic and people-oriented HR Intern to join our team in Lagos. This role is designed for a budding professional who is eager to dive into the world of Human Resources and gain hands-on experience in talent management, employee engagement, and administrative operations. You will work closely with the HR team to support day-to-day functions while contributing fresh, creative perspectives to our people-focused initiatives.

Requirements:
Administrative & Operational Support
Documentation: Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases to ensure data integrity.
Recruitment Coordination: Provide support in the hiring process, including scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and assisting with talent sourcing.
Policy Awareness: Help disseminate internal communications and ensure staff are aware of company policies and community updates.
Employee Experience & Community Engagement
Onboarding: Support the integration of new hires into the company culture through the coordination of orientation materials and activities.
Culture Building: Contribute to the planning and execution of employee engagement events, team-building exercises, and community initiatives.
Creative Input: Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative ways to improve the employee experience and internal branding.
Learning & Development
Training Support: Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops for staff development.
Research: Keep track of emerging HR trends and best practices to help the team stay competitive and employee-centric.
