Job Description:

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Support Engineer to join our team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for hands-on technical activities, good Networking and server management knowledge, outstanding problem solving and communication skills maintaining relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Interacting with customers is a significant part of this IT Rep role.
• Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email, or chat, untilthey’ve solved a technical issue
• Installing and configuring Computer systems
• Carry out Network installation from Layer 1 to at least Layer 3
• Monitor logged tickets and identify potential issues proactively
• Maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct product or service presentations to potential clients, highlightingfeatures and benefits.
• Prepare regular technical reports for the team, Supervisor review, and meetings.
• Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup andnetwork configuration.

Requirements:

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 2 - 5 years of experience.
• Knowledge and hands-on configuration of Active Directory
• Hands-on Kyocera and HP printing machines, both hardware and software
• Good understanding of computer systems
• Good knowledge/hands-on experience with CCTV Surveillance systems
• Good knowledge/ familiarity with Cisco, Sophos, and Microsoft 365.
