You will be embedded within our sprint cycles: responsible for executing rigorous test cases, documenting defects, and collaborating with developers to bridge the gap between "code completion" and "product excellence." If you possess "Acute Attention to Detail," a basic understanding of QA methodologies, and a hunger for mentorship, we want you to help anchor our software integrity.

Requirements:

1. Defect Detection & Lifecycle Governance

• Test Execution: Perform rigorous manual testing across applications to identify bugs, UI inconsistencies, and functional regressions.

• Bug Stewardship: Document and report defects with clarity, providing developers with the necessary steps to reproduce and verify fixes.

• Regression Assurance: Verify that new code deployments do not negatively impact existing features, ensuring a stable product environment.

2. Performance & Technical Exploration

• Load & Stress Testing: Support the team in conducting performance testing to ensure applications remain responsive under varying user loads.

• Automation Curiosity: Assist in identifying repetitive manual tasks that are candidates for automation, exploring tools to increase testing velocity.

• Process Evolution: Participate in quality review sessions and sprint meetings, providing feedback on how to improve internal QA workflows.

3. Documentation & Collaborative Synergy

• Test Architecture: Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining comprehensive test documentation and user acceptance criteria.

• Developer Collaboration: Work in tight feedback loops with the engineering team to ensure defects are resolved within the project timeline.

• Mentorship Engagement: Actively participate in mentorship sessions to translate theoretical coursework into practical, real-world QA skills.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education/Experience: Relevant technical background with 3–6 months of experience (internships, projects, or intensive coursework).

• Technical Foundation: Basic understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and various testing levels (Functional, Sanity, Regression).

• Tooling Interest: Familiarity with bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) or an interest in automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman) is an advantage.
