We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems and manual logs where necessary.
• Track stock levels and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies promptly.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of inventory within the warehouse or store.
• Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely restocking of items.
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and verify them against purchase orders or delivery notes.
• Prepare inventory reports, stock movement reports, and other documentation for management review.
• Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth inventory operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Accounting, Logistics, or a related field.

Requirements:

• Must have 2–3 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and basic computer applications (Microsoft Excel, Word).
