Job Description:

• We are looking for a sharp, reliable, and hands-on Inventory Personnel to own our stock management system end-to-end. This is a combined role — part data analyst, part warehouse floor manager.
• You will be responsible for keeping our inventory system accurate, executing daily stock transfers across our warehouses, receiving and verifying deliveries, packing customer orders, and ensuring our shelves are never empty.
• If you thrive on structure, take pride in accuracy, and can move comfortably between a screen and a warehouse floor — this role is for you.

What You Will Do

• Manage all stock records on Zoho Inventory — ensuring the system always reflects physical reality
• Execute daily warehouse-to-warehouse stock transfers before 11:00 AM daily
• Receive and physically verify all supplier deliveries against purchase orders — carton by carton
• Pack customer orders line by line against invoices and sign off on all qualifying orders
• Walk the showroom and retail store floor daily to identify and resolve empty or low shelves immediately
• Raise purchase orders for out-of-stock items and match supplier bills
• Draft daily transfer orders for management approval before 5:30 PM
• Clear all invoice drafts with the sales team before close of business every day
• Compile and submit a full inventory end-of-day report to management daily
• Post real-time updates to internal communication channels throughout the day

Requirements:

Essential:

• Minimum 2 years experience in inventory management, stock control, or warehouse operations.
• Experience with an inventory management system — Zoho Inventory is a strong advantage.
• Strong numerical accuracy — comfortable reconciling stock figures and spotting discrepancies.
• Physically capable — this role involves lifting, counting stock, and extended periods on your feet.
• Reliable and punctual — 8:00 AM resumption is non-negotiable.
• Able to compile clear written reports and communicate professionally.

Desirable:

• Experience in a toy, FMCG, consumer goods, or retail distribution environment.
• Familiarity with multi-warehouse operations and stock transfer processes.
• Ability to work independently with high accuracy and minimal supervision.
