About Company:
Ifeanhealth Nigeria Limited, founded in San-Francisco, California and solely focused on Africa, we are a leading multinational HealthTech company using technology to drive three (3) therapeutic areas: Orthopaedics and Musculoskeletal Solutions (Prosthetics and Orthotics), Pharmaceuticals (Woman and Child) and Tissue Restoration (Wound Healing).
Job Description:
We are seeking a high-precision Inventory Officer to serve as the custodian of our physical assets. This is a critical role (2+ years experience) designed for an "Integrity Specialist"—someone who understands that the accuracy of a balance sheet begins with the accuracy of the warehouse floor.
Your mission is to maintain a seamless flow of goods while ensuring that every receipt, transfer, and issuance is documented with 100% precision. You will be responsible for bridge-building between procurement and operations, conducting forensic-level reconciliations, and implementing systems that minimize shrinkage and loss. If you have the analytical depth to track stock aging and the discipline to maintain a perfectly organized store, we want you to lead our inventory function.
Requirements:
1. Stock Governance & Lifecycle Management
Movement Tracking: Monitor and record every stock receipt, transfer, and issuance to ensure the digital ledger mirrors the physical reality.
Storage Optimization: Implement and oversee proper storage and handling procedures to prevent damage and ensure items are easily accessible.
Replenishment Coordination: Partner with the procurement team to trigger reorder points, ensuring we never face stockouts or overstocking.
2. Reconciliation & Loss Prevention
Physical Verification: Lead regular cycle counts and full-scale physical audits to identify and resolve discrepancies immediately.
Obsolescence Tracking: Actively identify damaged, expired, or slow-moving stock, preparing detailed reports to facilitate timely write-offs or liquidations.
Control Implementation: Develop and enforce inventory control procedures specifically designed to minimize pilferage, administrative errors, and physical losses.
3. Analytics & Compliance Support
Performance Reporting: Prepare periodic inventory reports (Stock Turn, Valuation, and Variance) to provide management with actionable insights.
Audit Readiness: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external audits regarding inventory, providing all necessary schedules and documentation.
Data Integrity: Utilize ERP systems and Advanced Excel to maintain a clean, searchable database of all inventory items.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory control, store management, or warehouse operations.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Inventory Management Systems (ERP) and advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
Core Competencies
Analytical Prowess: Ability to interpret stock data and identify trends or anomalies.
Meticulous Record-Keeping: A "Zero-Tolerance" approach to documentation errors.
Integrity: High level of personal accountability and ethical standards in managing company property.
